After almost 40 years in Workforce Development, and 26½ of those years of service at the North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG), I have officially announced my retirement effective April 3, 2026–Good Friday!🙌🏼🎉🥳
This decision comes with bitter-sweet emotions as I have been in this professional career for almost four decades! I am deeply grateful for the opportunities I have had to contribute to meaningful programs that positively impact lives, collaborate with dedicated colleagues, and support the mission of serving our 14-county region with excellence.
It has been indeed an honor to work with such talented staff, and alongside a Team of professionals that truly cares about the communities and people we serve.
Nevertheless, I’m excited about the future God has in store for me moving forward. It’s now my time to shine even brighter! Selah✨🌟🤩 🙏🏽~M. Ford

It is truly a blessing to have worked in one place for almost 40 years. To God Be the Glory.
As you know we keep our great granddaughter through the week and she gets out of school at 2 on Wednesdays. Therefore, we will not be able to attend your big celebration.
