This winter ice/snow storm in Texas has displaced and devastated many. My heart goes out and prayers go up for all who are still hurting and those now healing from tragedies, hardships and calamities of all sorts brought on by this natural disaster.
As we all move towards recovery and some forms of normalcy, I realized that It’s the little things we all take for granted without realizing it.
Now when I flip a switch and the lights come on I whisper “THANK YOU, LORD”! When I turn on the faucet and hot and cold water comes out, I say “THANK YOU, LORD”! When I open the refrigerator or freezer and select something to cook and I don’t have to wait until the next rolling outage ends, I shout “THANK YOU, LORD”! No busted pipes…”THANK YOU, LORD”! Still got my health & strength…”THANK YOU, LORD”!
The next thing you know I’ve got a Praise Party going on!🙌🏼💃🏾🔥This experience has taken my GRATEFULNESS to a whole new level! 🙌🏼☝🏾💃🏾
Father, I Continue to pray for all those who are still displaced and/or now working through major losses, plumbing and cleanup issues as a result of the freeze. Help us to stand on Romans 8:28 and not waiver in our faith. Amen 🙏🏽
Love & Prayers always!❤️🙏🏽~M. Ford
