Heavenly Father, Bless you children with wisdom, knowledge, discernment and understanding of the times in which we live because the days of our lives are filled with evil. Father, help us to recognize the tricks and traps of the enemy and deflect every fiery dart of the devil with the pure unadulterated word of God. Father, help us to redeem our time while here on earth, living not as the unwise, but as the wise—recognizing and taking advantage of every opportunity to let other lights shine for Christ. Father, deliver your children from the fear of man, which so easily ensnare us; and give us a healthy fear of you that permeates our hearts and minds—bringing us into the knowledge of Your holiness, righteousness and sovereignty. Father, help us to live out our purpose daily—being the salt and light in a dark and unsavory world; and allowing the love of Christ to overflow on all we meet.
