Heavenly Father, as we enter a new day, I ask that You go before us and prepare the way. Order our every step so that we walk in the Spirit and not in the flesh.

For we know that Satan will try to sow seeds of discard and confusion; but Christ brings unity, clarity and spiritual vision to those who seek a closer walk with Him.

Father GOD, Open the eyes of our hearts so that we might see things the way You see them—not blinded by the pride of life, lust of the flesh, or the wicked ways of this world. Give us a hunger and thirst after Your righteousness that can only be quenched by an intimate relationship with You—the lover of our soul!

Heavenly Father, As we stand at the threshold of a new dawning, we put all of our hope, trust and faith in You, who made the heavens and the earth by simply saying, “Let there be”!

Jehovah God, Open blinded eyes to see the Truth of Your Word. Help us to recognize, discern and defuse the tricks and traps of the enemy before they divide, lay waste, conquer and destroy.

Sharpen our hearing to be sensitive to Your voice of divine direction; and set guard around our hearts and minds so that our desires and thoughts line up with Your Will and mirror Your Word.

For you alone, Oh God, exercise loving kindness, righteousness and judgment throughout the land! I pray that the hearts of the people will be turned back to You, Oh God, and that the scriptures will once again guide our decision making and daily living.

For I know that you are the only light of hope we have in this present darkness; and the only remedy for our sin-sick world. I fervently pray that people of ALL colors, rich and poor alike, will seek to know You, The True and Living God, in the beauty of Your holiness! There is nothing too hard for You! Hear our heart’s cry and plea on this new day filled with Your new mercies!

El Elyon, Our Most High GOD! There are many afflicted, confused, distressed and in pain—We live in tumultuous times, but You still reign! Give us the heart of a Lion, that we will have Holy boldness to stand for things that are right in a world that has chosen to fall for things that are wrong! Give us a spirit of praise and worship like David, recognizing and responding to Your character, creation and faithfulness at all times and in all situations! Gift us with spiritual 20/20 vision—living in the natural realm, but seeing things in the supernatural realm! Build us up in our most holy faith so that we won’t falter and fail when trials and troubles come our way, but we will mount up on wings like an eagle and soar past our present pain into your promises for a brighter future! Heavenly Father, I thank you for pouring out revival on you people and allowing a spiritual freshness to fall upon each of us so that we might effectively serve in building up your kingdom here on earth!

Help us to fervently and passionately use our spiritual gifts and talents for ministry, mission and witnessing to the unchurched and unsaved everywhere.

Consecrate our hearts so that we grieve over our personal sins and the sins of mankind—repenting and turning away from those things that break Your heart and turning to Your Word for the strength we need to truly Live Holy day-by-day.
