Heavenly Father, we need your touch this day. Touch our minds so that we think on things that are good and right in your sight. Touch our hearts so that we are in perfect peace no matter the situation. Touch our tongues so that we speak of your greatness, love, forgiveness, omnipotence and sovereignty! Touch our eyes so that we see Your glory shining through the gloomy clouds of darkness in our lives!

Father, send your healing and restore those hurting, sick and emotionally distraught is my prayer. Comfort those in a season of loss—no matter what that loss may be that’s causing your children pain and suffering. Comfort and cover each of us on today with an extra portion of your grace and mercy! Help us weather every storm of life in a manner that reflects your goodness and glory! Thank you, Father for loving us unconditionally! We love you Father with our whole hearts! Help us to REJOICE in your great unconditional love for us! It’s in the all-sufficient name of Jesus I pray…Amen ❤️🙏🏽

Father, I pray that Christians all around the world will seek the face of God versus the hand of God. Help us to understand that if we seek after things we can easily miss you, Oh God, but if we seek after You the things will come!

Father, I pray that Christians will make God’s approval their chief concern versus His blessings; placing their attention, affection and desires on pleasing God alone. For You, Oh Lord, are the solution to every problem, the cure for any illness, the comforter to all broken-hearted and the peace that passes all understanding! Thank you, Father, for being loving, merciful and never failing! It’s in the strong and mighty name of Jesus I pray. Amen🙏🏽

The fact that you have peaked the enemy’s interest means You are a valuable witness for God’s Kingdom. It’s Your time to SHINE!…Not Whine!😇

“And the Lord said to Satan, “Have you considered my servant Job, that there is none like him on the earth, a blameless and upright man, who fears God and turns away from evil? He still holds fast his integrity, although you incited me against him to destroy him without reason.”” (Job 2:3)

Heavenly Father, Bless you children with wisdom, knowledge, discernment and understanding of the times in which we live because the days of our lives are filled with evil. Father, help us to recognize the tricks and traps of the enemy and deflect every fiery dart of the devil with the pure unadulterated word of God. Father, help us to redeem our time while here on earth, living not as the unwise, but as the wise—recognizing and taking advantage of every opportunity to let other lights shine for Christ. Father, deliver your children from the fear of man, which so easily ensnare us; and give us a healthy fear of you that permeates our hearts and minds—bringing us into the knowledge of Your holiness, righteousness and sovereignty. Father, help us to live out our purpose daily—being the salt and light in a dark and unsavory world; and allowing the love of Christ to overflow on all we meet. It’s in the sovereign name of Jesus I pray…Amen.🙏🏽

LET FREEDOM RING!

Some people move away from their homelands looking for it—sometimes leaving friends and family behind. Others start new lives—facing unknown dangers in the pursuit of it. Many fight against addictive demons—drugs, alcohol, over eating, smoking, perfectionism, pornography, and much more… all just for a taste of it. Armies are trained to fight for it; and far too many die on foreign soil fighting in defense defense of it. Then there are those who try every kind of “religion” imaginable striving to experience it. More and more people seek to find it through financial independence and the continuous acquisition of material things. We celebrate it in music, movies and paintings. Statues are erected in honor of it. Schools teach students to respect it. Leaders of countries deliver speeches about it. Riots break out and demonstrators march to voice frustration over not having it. So, what is “IT” that could be so highly treasured, sought after, honored and revered? FREEDOM! But we will never find this “freedom” apart from God and the work of the Holy Spirit in our lives. This is Paul’s message in the book of Romans to the people then and to us today—he who God sets free through Christ is free indeed! Without the help of the Holy Spirit, sin would continue to rule and reign in our mortal body and have the upper hand in our life. He is our “secret weapon” to winning the fight within—and the war on sin! As we allow the Holy Spirit to lead, guide, direct and instruct us in living a God-fed and God-led life—this brings FREEDOM. For the believer, His is truly a time of celebration! “FREE at last, free at last! Thank God almighty We are FREE AT LAST!” Happy MLK Day~M. Ford
