“Therefore do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ For after all these things the Gentiles seek. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. (Matthew 6:31-34)
Heavenly Father, I come praying for protection, direction and refreshing of your people who are called by your name.
With your finger of love touch those who are hurting, sick, lost, lonely and longing for comfort and peace. For we know that just one touch from you will bring about healing, restoration, deliverance and renewal to all who hope and put their trust in you!
Father God, Bless us with an extra measure of your grace and mercy as we continue to seek your will for our lives on this day.
Help us to be the Light and Salt in this dark and unsavory world! Purge, renew and strengthen us this day for the work of the ministry; and help us to walk boldly in the calling you have upon our lives, for we desire to do greater works in your name!
Thank you, Father, for hearing and answering this humble prayer. It’s in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus we trust, have hope and Do Believe! Amen 🙏🏽~M. Ford
“For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened.” (Matthew 7:8)
Heavenly Father, Your children are in dire need of your strength, deliverance, healing, confidence, comfort, and peace today. Many are fearful and facing trials and troubles that seem too much to bare and impossible to overcome.
Nevertheless, help us to always remember that you are STILL WORKING on our behalf because you alone are The Sovereign God! Lord, help us to realize that things are not always what they seem to be in the natural, because of what is taking place in the spiritual!
Open our spiritual eyes to see your hand working in every circumstance. Even in the midst of this current state of chaos, pandemonium and pandemic, help us to stay focused on You—Knowing that we are more than conquerors through Christ Jesus, and in times like these YOU alone are the source of our courage and STRENGTH!
Father, dispatch an invincible army of Angels that will fight for us whether against man, demons or disease—you have the GRACE that suits our case! Help us to walk in obedience to your will. Give us your peace and a quiet confidence in times of uncertainty and unrest.
Make us steady and sure—able to stand firmly and walk safely through rough paths of testing, trials and trouble! Help us to look past our problems and pain to remember YOUR Promises—Decreeing WE SHALL NOT BE MOVED and Declaring VICTORY IN JESUS! ALL FOR YOUR GLORY, OH GOD!!
Thank you for your Faithfulness Father! It’s in the mighty, matchless name of JESUS I pray and praise always…AMEN.🙌🏼☝🏾🙏🏽~M. Ford
Little things can make a big impact in our lives. When you consider the mouth👄 in comparison to other parts of the human anatomy, it may not seem as significant—but it is a powerful thing.
Likewise, the 👅 can be used for good or evil—to bring joy or pain. Together they can be used as instruments for uplifting and encouraging or they can be dastardly and devastating to others based upon the “words” that come forth from your mouth 👄. The Apostle James says, “If anyone does not stumble in word, he is a perfect man, able also to bridle the whole body.” (James 3:2)
So, as you self-reflect on your verbal history, how have you used your mouth lately? Perhaps in praise, prayer, encouragement, motivation, and blessings—to praise our Lord and Savior? Maybe you have used your “words” as a secret weapon when you get into verbal arguments—or, to strike back at someone who you feel has wronged you—or, to tear down and curse people—those who were created in God’s likeness.
Praises and curses coming from the same mouth—the apostle James says that these things ought not to happen—James 3:10.
The old adage “sticks and stones may break my bones but words will never harm me” is the farthest thing from the truth. Those little four letter words that seem to be small in size can pack a big punch! Words can—and do—destroy relationships and lives.
Satan thrives in chaos, but God’s Peace surpasses all understanding.
Even in the eye of your storm, you can experience God’s calm.
No matter what chaos and confusion the enemy has launched against you—poor Health, devastating Disease, weak Finances, fickle Friends, or dysfunctional Family—
WHENEVER THE LORD SAYS…PEACE! THERE WILL BE PEACE!🗣🙌🏼🙏🏽~M. Ford
“And He got up and [sternly] rebuked the wind and said to the sea, “Hush, be still (muzzled)!” And the wind died down [as if it had grown weary] and there was [at once] a great calm [a perfect peacefulness]. Jesus said to them, “Why are you afraid? Do you still have no faith and confidence [in Me]?””(Mark 4:39-40 AMP)
Heavenly Father, Help us to truly take delight in You—Loving and Living according to your Word. Line up our wills with your Will so that we might live in peace, unity, and harmony with one another. Not putting our trust in financial leverage, human strategy, political power or social influence to solve our problems—rather wholeheartedly trusting in your Word, because your Word will never fail.
Father, I pray that the hearts of the people will be turned back to You, Oh God, and that the scriptures will once again guide our decision making. For I know that you are the only light of hope we have in this present darkness and the only remedy for a sin sick world.
Father, as we celebrate black history month, I pray that people of ALL colors, rich and poor alike, will seek to know You, The True & Living God, in the beauty of Your holiness! For you exercise loving kindness, righteousness and judgment over all men, so I pray that those in authority will line up under your sovereign will as they make daily decisions that impact the masses.
Father, there is nothing too hard for You—no matter what we may be facing or what may be facing us—We cry out ABBA…WE BELONG TO YOU! Not our will, but Your perfect Will be done!
I humbly ask that you hear your children’s hearts cry and plea on this new day filled with Your new mercies! In Jesus’ name I pray and praise you always…Hallelujah and Amen!🙏🏽~M. Ford
“Thus says the LORD: “Let not the wise man glory in his wisdom, Let not the mighty man glory in his might, Nor let the rich man glory in his riches; But let him who glories glory in this, That he understands and knows Me, That I am the LORD, exercising lovingkindness, judgment, and righteousness in the earth. For in these I delight,” says the LORD.” (Jeremiah 9:23-24)
Some people move away from their homelands looking for it—sometimes leaving friends and family behind. Others start new lives—facing unknown dangers in the pursuit of it.
Many fight against addictive demons—drugs, alcohol, over eating, smoking, perfectionism, pornography, and much more… all just for a taste of it.
Armies are trained to fight for it; and far too many die on foreign soil fighting in defense defense of it.
Then there are those who try every kind of “religion” imaginable striving to experience it.
More and more people seek to find it through financial independence and the continuous acquisition of material things. We celebrate it in music, movies and paintings.
Statues are erected in honor of it. Schools teach students to respect it. Leaders of countries deliver speeches about it. Riots break out and demonstrators march to voice frustration over not having it.
So, what is “it” that could be so highly treasured, sought after, honored and revered? FREEDOM!
But we will never find this “freedom” apart from God and the work of the Holy Spirit in our lives. This is Paul’s message in the book of Romans to the people then and to us today—he who God sets free through Christ is free indeed!
Without the help of the Holy Spirit, sin would continue to rule and reign in our mortal body and have the upper hand in our life. He (The Holy Spirit) is our “secret weapon” to winning the fight within—and the war against sin!
As we allow the Holy Spirit to lead, guide, direct and instruct us in living a God-fed and God-led life—this brings FREEDOM. For the believer, this is truly a time of celebration! “FREE at last, FREE at last! Thank God almighty We are FREE AT LAST!”~M. Ford
“Knowing this, that our old man was crucified with Him, that the body of sin might be done away with, that we should no longer be slaves of sin. For he who has died has been freed from sin.” (Romans 6:6-7 NKJV)
As we humbly submit ourselves to you at the beginning of this day, give each of us the strength and grace needed to overcome evil, resist the lusts of the flesh, cast aside pride, abide in The Spirit, and Live a Lifestyle that is Holy and well pleasing to you.
Help us to walk in the spirit of humility just as Jesus walked—to act justly, love mercy, and to recognize that pride leads to destruction and humility breeds honor.
Thank you, Father, for leading and guiding your children in the way that is good and right in your sight. Have You Way, Yahweh! It’s in the sovereign name of Jesus I pray…Amen🙏🏽~M. Ford
“He has shown you, O mortal, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God.” (Micah 6:8)
Heavenly Father, Thank You for loving us past our faults and meeting us right where we are. As we bow in your presence this day, help us seek Your WILL in ALL things—and not our own way. We desire to live life Your Way, Yahweh!☝🏾🙏🏽
Father God, Comfort those who are hurting due to loss of loved ones—pour out your peace that pass all understanding and guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. Touch those who need healing—whether physical or emotional, release your healing balm that will penetrate any area of need.
Strengthen those who are weak and ready to give up—let them know that for those who have no might you increase their strength, if the wait upon YOU!
I pray for those blinded by the lies and deceit of the enemy—open their blinded eyes and free them from that terrible grip, so that they are forever free to truly experience life according to your will and purpose.
Father, we know that this present darkness permeating our land and devastating your people is not something to be overcome in the flesh. But we who are spiritual must mount up for battle in the spiritual realms, with our most steadfast, holy faith—wearing the whole Armor of God, praying in the spirit without ceasing at ALL times, and pleading The Blood Of Jesus over satanic situations encountered!
Help us, Oh Lord, to forge ahead in Jesus’ holy NAME—even when we get weak, frightened, discouraged and seem to have little hope, help us to find hope and peace in Your presence, and renewed strength and hope in Your promises!
Thank you, Father, for your divine love that lights up the darkest days of our lives! Thank you, Father, for trusting us with The Calling you’ve placed in us who know and love You! Thank you, Father, for Your peace and mercy that follows us always! Thank you, Father, for being the righteous Judge over all, for your grace that is sufficient, and for being the one and only Lord of Lords, King of Kings, Sovereign Savior and Prince Of Peace—Hallelujah!
I pray this prayer in the mighty Name above all names, JESUS! Amen ☝🏾🙌🏼🙏🏽M. Ford
“I will say to the Lord, “My refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.” For he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler and from the deadly pestilence. He will cover you with his pinions, and under his wings you will find refuge; his faithfulness is a shield and buckler.” (Psalm 91:2-4)
Heavenly Father, As we enter a brand new day, I pray that you will go before us, be with us, and watch over us as we strive to do our work as unto you, Live Holy, and show and share the Love of Christ everywhere we go.
Father, open our eyes to the parts of our lives where there may be vulnerability to sin and wicked ways—realizing that there can be no cleansing WITHIN unless there is confession WITHOUT, followed by repentance.
Allow the words of our mouths and the meditation of our hearts to always be acceptable in your sight. Lord, you know our thoughts from afar and you judge the content of our hearts; Help us to remain pure and Holy—not yielding easily to sin, but rather mounting up in our most holy Faith for such a time as this.
Endow us with spiritual discernment, godly wisdom and the ability to take captive every impure thought—crucifying this flesh daily, so that we may operate in the spirit and not in the flesh.
I pray that those called by Your name will eagerly and humbly allow You not only to be Savior, but Lord of their life—transforming us day-by-day into the image of Christ. Hear this humble prayer, my Lord!
It’s in the sovereign name of Jesus I pray and praise always! Amen 🙏🏽~M. Ford
“With my whole heart I have sought You; Oh, let me not wander from Your commandments! Your word I have hidden in my heart, That I might not sin against You.” (Psalms 119:10-11)
