“THIS JOY I HAVE!”

We often say “the JOY of the Lord is my strength“, but in reality we equate joy with the “happenings” that surround us—such as closing on that new house, obtaining that degree or diploma, getting that promotion on the job, opening a new business, or finally being included in a long sought after social status or position. 

All of these “good things” come from God, and we should rejoice when we receive these blessings from the LORD. However, it is possible to have all of these “good things” and still not have Joy. The mistake we often make is seeking JOY outside of GOD.

GOD is the ONLY true SOURCE of JOY. When we put our trust in Him, we can experience JOY in all our life circumstances—even in the midst of struggles, sickness and loss…IF our hope is in the LORD!

Don’t miss out on experiencing God’s great JOY in your life by putting your hope and trust in stuff or other people and their opinions. HOPE IN GOD! He alone is the health of our countenance that allows us to radiate love to those around us and experience the true JOY of the LORD!

GOD ALMIGHTY, EVERLASTING FATHER…WE DECLARE YOUR FAITHFULNESS!

For You have ‭‭been our strength when weak; our comfort when in distress; our refuge in the midst of life storms; our Peace-Jehovah Shalom; our provider-Jehovah Jirah; our protection-Jehovah Nissi; our Way-Maker; Promise Keeper; Light in the darkness; Mother when motherless; Father when fatherless; Defender; Battle Ax; our Joy & our Song when we get weary! You have done wonderful things in our sight and we are grateful!

“LET THERE BE”

Heavenly Father, Let Your Will be done on this earth as it is done in Heaven. Allow Your anointing to fall fresh on Your people today; empowering us to do greater works for Your Glory! There is nothing too hard for You, Elohim—the One who called everything into existence by simply speaking three words, “Let there be”!  

El Shaddai—Hear my humble heart’s cry as I pray for the sick to be healed and restored; for the disenfranchised to find help and hope; for the lost and unchurched to flock into the House of Prayer seeking deliverance and restoration in Christ Jesus; and for people rich and poor alike to seek to know You in the beauty of Your holiness! 

LORD GOD, set the hearts of the saints on fire for You until we truly hunger and thirst after your righteousness—seeking to Love God, learn the Word, serve Others, and Live Holy for Your Glory—withholding nothing and surrendering all!

“TIME TO DOUBLE DOWN!”

Heavenly Father, Your children are in dire need of your strength, confidence, comfort, power and peace today. Many are facing trials, troubles, tasks and tests that seem too much to bare and impossible to overcome.

Nevertheless, You are the GOD over impossibilities! Help us to realize that things are not always what they seem to be in the natural realm because of what is taking place in the spiritual realm.

Therefore, help us to stand firm on our Faith, knowing without a shadow of doubt that with YOU being FOR us, IN us, and WITH us is more than the world against us! For you have given your angels charge over us and there is an invincible army that will fight our every battle!

Your promise still stands that in times of uncertainty, unrest and raging storms of life, You will make us steady and sure—standing firmly on your Word at all times—decreeing and declaring WE SHALL NOT BE MOVED because YOU, our GOD, are our source of courage and strength!

“EVEN NOW”

Heavenly Father, You are indeed an AWESOME GOD! I come praying for Your protection and covering over your people today. Give each of us an extra portion of grace, mercy and STRENGTH as we enter this new day—Not knowing what we may encounter, but trusting You to bring us through victoriously! 

Give your Angels charge over us as we go to and fro this day. Touch those who are hurting, sick, lonely and lost with your finger of healing, love, restoration and deliverance. Whatever the need—You can fulfill. Wherever the hurt—You can heal.

Cleanse us from all unrighteousness and anything that will dishonor You, our God. Teach us to be humble in spirit, and help us to seek Your Will above our own way—to truly be light and salt in this dark and unsavory world! Purge, anoint, renew, strengthen and consecrate us for Greater works in You Name—the author and finisher of our faith!

“DO GOD”

Most have heard of the phrase, “You do you, and I’ll do me” as we strive to “do better” and “be better” in life. 

This worldly mentality might be okay, If all you desire is “better” in life.  BUT, if you want “God’s BEST” in life, then we must learn to “Do God”!

 “JUST ONE TOUCH”

Heavenly Father, There are so many of your people who are hurting in some way today. Release your healing power and restore those hurting, sick and emotionally distraught.

Comfort those in a season of loss and grief, pain and suffering. Cover us today with an extra portion of your grace and mercy even NOW!

Help us to weather every storm of life in a manner that reflects your goodness and glory! We need your divine touch this day. Touch our minds, so that we think on things that are good and right in your sight. Touch our hearts, to bring us perfect peace no matter the situation. Touch our tongues, so we speak of your greatness, grace, love, mercy and sovereignty! Touch our eyes, so we can see Your glory shining through the gloomiest clouds of darkness.

LORD GOD, Just one touch from You is all we need to be made whole! Thank you, Father, for your eternal loving kindness! We love you with our whole hearts!

“YET ANOTHER CHANCE”

LORD GOD, Elohim…We are truly grateful, grateful, grateful for Your Grace that abounds, Your Mercy that renews daily, Your Blood that blots out any sin, and Your Love that overshadows our wrongs and draws us back into your forgiving arms!🙌🏼☝🏾

We realize that many didn’t make it to see this brand new day, but WE are some of the ones who did and We are truly grateful!🙌🏼☝🏾

Therefore, We will forever put our trust in You, Our LORD, Our Everlasting ROCK!🙌🏼☝🏾

LIGHT IT UP!

Evil operates under the cover of darkness, but darkness has to give way to Light! 

Those sold out to Satan and sin will never understand the Light true Believers carry within. We have been called out of darkness to be a brilliant light shining in this world of sin. 

Therefore, Keep your CHRIST-LIGHT shining bright and confuse and confound the enemy! Even on your most difficult, trying and devastating days—LET IT SHINE, LET IT SHINE, LET IT SHINE! In the Name of JESUS…Amen!🙏🏽~M. Ford

“ANOINTED” 

Father GOD, Thank you for a new week and another opportunity to serve you well. Anoint your children so that we can be most effective for your kingdom work, and true to the calling you’ve placed on our lives individually and collectively.

Some of us are sick, but when the doctors fail…YOU, Oh LORD, are still faithful! Some are hurting, but YOU, Oh LORD, are the soothing salve needed to ease the pain! Some are in turmoil, but YOU, Oh LORD, can bring peace in the midst of chaos! Some are experiencing all manner of life storms, but YOU, Oh LORD, can turn a catastrophe into a time of celebration!

Jehovah GOD, in times like these, You are our joy, peace, strength and song…a very present help in times of trouble!

Therefore, I humbly ask that You lead, guide, provide, direct and protect us each day. Move in our lives in a supernatural way!

Let us not focus our hearts and minds on the things of this world designed to distract and knock us off your preordained course of life.

Meet us at the point of our most intimate needs—heal our bodies; renew our minds; consecrate our hearts; and ANOINT us from the crown of our heads to the soul of our feet!

Allow the sweet fragrance of your presence to overwhelm those we encounter daily as we Drip Jesus everywhere our feet trod!  Be glorified in all we say, think and do. We totally surrender our heart, mind, body and soul to You! 

Thank You, LORD, for this precious gift of salvation, for your unconditional Agape love, and for trusting us with this Calling on our lives. It’s in the mighty and matchless Name of Jesus I pray and give you all praise! Amen 🙏🏽~M. Ford
