A HOUSE OF PRAYER 

Father God, you have said in your word, “My house shall be called a house of prayer for all nations”; therefore, open the eyes of your people to see that Prayer is the Lifeline of The Church, and not just a support ministry to the church’s mission.

Allow it to settle in our minds, hearts, and spirits that prayer is the power that fuels the church and all it is established to accomplish here on earth! Just as oxygen is to our physical body, so is prayer to our church body—the lack of them both will result in DEATH due to asphyxiation. 

LORD GOD, as it was in the early church, restore prayer as the lifeline of our churches today! Forgive us for substituting agendas, programs, and performance for the Power of Your Presence.

Let prayer be our lifeline, strength, and the pulse that drives us into Your mission—evangelizing sinners, edifying saints, and glorifying the Savior!

Breathe new life into your people again and teach us to be a Praying Church—Truly A HOUSE OF PRAYER for all nations. In Jesus’ mighty and matchless Name I pray, Amen.🙏🏽~M. Ford

“THE SHIFTING”

Prayer touches Heaven in the Spiritual realm and shifts things in the Natural realm down here on Earth. When God puts HIS SUPER on Our Natural it’s then SUPERNATURAL things take place!  Let us PRAY for a SUPERNATURAL SHIFTING in our homes, churches, schools, communities, governments, nations, and world!🙌🏼☝🏾✝️🙏🏽

Heavenly Father, Jehovah Tsidkenu—God of our Righteousness—Open our eyes so that we might see the invisible! Fortify our faith so that we can believe for the impossible! Turn our stoney hearts (that have been calloused by worldly culture, lusts of the flesh and prides of life) into hearts of flesh that are in tune with heaven’s calling and sensitive to the prompting of the Holy Spirit. Fill our hearts with a fervent passion and steadfast love for you that will take our breath away as you breathe new life into us! 

LORD GOD ALMIGHTY, ELOHIM—order our steps in your Word, and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from all evil! Ignite your Holy Spirit within us so that we are filled with the power to operate in the fruit thereof.

Thank you, ABBA, for your loving kindness towards us and your steadfast patience with us as you skillfully and intentionally mold, shape and transform us into your likeness.

“THE CROSS IN THE MIDDLE”

Back in 2020, on Resurrection Sunday, a fierce storm came through and traveled down Highway 78 where there were 3 Crosses displayed along the side of the road.

Two out of the 3 Crosses were knocked down by the fierce winds, except for the Cross in the Middle. I thought about my LORD and SAVIOR…How He hung, bled and died for me on “THE CROSS IN THE MIDDLE”!!! (Shout Break🗣️☝🏾🙌🏼) 

Using My sanctified imagination, I can see the two malefactors that were hung on the two crosses (on the left and right) that GOT KNOCKED DOWN by the fierce winds and relentless rain.

I thought about how many times we get knocked down by sin and Satan in life…BUT (you go to wait on the “BUT”) because of The Cross in the Middle we don’t have to stay down!!🙌🏼☝🏾✝️ (Another Shout Break🗣️☝🏾🙌🏼).

You see, JESUS had to die ON THE CROSS IN THE MIDDLE for our sins, He was buried in a borrowed tomb, BUT… HE RAISED UP from the dead early that Sunday morning so that those of us knocked down by Sin and Satan (…BUT NOT counted OUT by our SAVIOR) could have LIFE ETERNAL!🙌🏼☝🏾✝️ (Yet another Shout Break🗣️☝🏾🙌🏼).

Therefore, no matter what fierce winds, relentless rain, and chaotic storms of life come your way always remember…THE CROSS IN THE MIDDLE…and the RESURRECTION POWER OF JESUS CHRIST to bring seemingly dead things back to Life! HALLELUJAH!! AMEN!✝️🩸♥️🙏🏽

After almost 40 years in Workforce Development, and 26½ of those years of service at the North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG), I have officially announced my retirement effective April 3, 2026–Good Friday!🙌🏼🎉🥳

This decision comes with bitter-sweet emotions as I have been in this professional career for almost four decades! I am deeply grateful for the opportunities I have had to contribute to meaningful programs that positively impact lives, collaborate with dedicated colleagues, and support the mission of serving our 14-county region with excellence.

It has been indeed an honor to work with such talented staff, and alongside a Team of professionals that truly cares about the communities and people we serve.

Heavenly Father, We Thank You for Your relentless Mercies that are new to us every morning!

Thank You, ABBA, that we can Focus on today’s opportunities rather than living in yesterday’s defeats!

Thank you, Jehovah Tsaba, that we don’t have to worry about our enemies throwing rocks and hiding their hands because YOU are The Lord our Warrior who fights for us!

Thank you, Jehovah Nissi, for hiding us under the shadow of your almighty wings; protecting us from all hurt, harm and danger!

Thank you, that even when false accusations surface from those being used by Satan to destroy your people, YOU, Jehovah Sabaoth, our mighty guardian, will rise up as our great vindicator!

For we know that ALL THINGS Work Together for Good for those who truly Love you!
